PRODUCTION IN SEPARATED, CERTIFIED FACILITIES AND CLEAN ROOMS: 

•    Clean room class D (ISO 8 according to EudraLex - Volume 4 - Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines) for blending of pharmaceutical excipients under EXCiPACT®
•    Clean rooms class K, production of food/pet premixes and blends under ISO 22000:2018
•    Facility for pet and feed production 

PRODUCTION CAPABILITIES:

Production technology: 

• Big and small capacity homogenizers 
• Production line for bags production: 1- 25 kg 
• Homogenizers commercial batches: 500 l / 250 kg and 1100 l / 600 kg 
• Homogenizers trial batches : 10 l / 3 kg and 100 l / 25 kg 

FOOD/blending under EXCiPACT 

• Volume: 1100 litres of new modern technology, made from stainless-steel 
• 600 kg blends per each batch 
• Performance: 4 650 000 kg per year  

PET/ANIMAL/FEED

• Volume: 500 litres of new modern technology, made from stainless-steel 
• 300 kg blends per each batch 
• Performance: 3 500 000 kg per year
