Company Flexi blending has facilities located in the Czech Republic in Bilovec and Stachovice, main facility in modern new generation of multifunctional facility for production, development and storage Stachovice HUB. 

PRODUCTION CAPABILITIES:

Production technology: 

• Big and small capacity homogenizers 
• Production line for bags production: 1- 25 kg 
• Homogenizers commercial batches: 500 l / 250 kg and 1100 l / 600 kg 
• Homogenizers trial batches : 10 l / 3 kg and 100 l / 25 kg 

FOOD/blending under EXCiPACT 

• Volume: 1100 liters of new modern technology, made from stainless-steel 
• 600 kg blends per batch 
• Performance: 4 650 000 kg per year  

PET/ANIMAL/FEED

• Volume: 500 liters of new modern technology, made from stainless-steel 
• 300 kg blends per batch 
• Performance: 3 500 000 kg per year

What is premix?​

A premix is a complex mix of vitamins, minerals, trace elements, and other nutritional additives to fortify the food nutrition or incorporate in food and feed products.​

​Equipped with several mixing and packing lines, all located in certified plants. Development and application laboratories assure to deliver innovative business solutions for human nutrition, animal and pet nutrion, including personal care. ​​

Certified quality systems for production: ISO22000:2018 for food quality, EXCiPACT for pharmaceutical excipients.​

We are customer oriented, flexible, having production capabilities for small and big batches.​
